XLSX (Bảng tính Microsoft Excel Open XML)
XLSX là định dạng bảng tính của Microsoft Excel từ Office 2007 trở đi. Nó lưu trữ dữ liệu ô, công thức, biểu đồ, bảng pivot và định dạng có điều kiện dưới dạng gói ZIP chứa XML.

Tệp XLSX chứa XML: worksheet (ô và công thức dạng tham chiếu A1), bảng chuỗi chia sẻ (loại bỏ trùng lặp chuỗi), kiểu (định dạng số/phông/đường viền) và biểu đồ (DrawingML). Nó hỗ trợ hơn 450 hàm tích hợp.

Microsoft giới thiệu XLSX với Office 2007, thay thế định dạng .xls nhị phân. XLSX hỗ trợ tới 1.048.576 hàng và 16.384 cột — nhiều hơn đáng kể so với giới hạn 65.536 hàng của XLS.
